that's a figure that was in development for the first Iron Man movie 6"line, it was supposed to be some kind of hydro armor, but they repurposed it in a Toys R Us exclusive three pack for the Iron Man 2 toy line as some kind of deep space armor. it's molded in translucent glittery plastic that makes for a pretty cool effect.
