Yes- Gamora's a muscular badass and the She Hulk is not as nig as it should be so they can reuse the mody a bit.

Onyx sells a cast of that head- closeups at his site- as to the loose thing, a drop of hot glue fixes that nicly- just rub a tiny bit of cooking spray on the post so the glue does not adhere to it, then add a drop of hot glue and stick the head onto the post- the result will be a tighter fit head that can still be removed and used for posts of the same type, but not the older post as it will be too tight.
I just did this for a major Victory custom I'm workin on and it's a great technique.
