Apparently he does take ages, but he's got a regular thread at 'Hisstank' (the GI Joe forum, where everyone says 'awesome' a lot).

Yeah he does take ages,and i only sent him an email to see if he ships abroad.
Never got a response,seems to be a lot of that going around lately.
