In my opinion, the Face-off Cap is the best Iteration of classic Cap that has been made. if you really want to talk about bad head sculpts, that "classic" Cap variant of the series 8 Ultimate Cap is pretty bad. Then you have the Marvel Showdown game figure. I know it's a 3.75 scale figure but it is labeled as Marvel Legends. And the head sculpt on that figure would be more at home on Scorpion, Bullseye, or Green Goblin...

Also, am I the only one who likes the Hasbro Legends Cap for what he is? It's supposed to be first appearance Captain America, thus the half mask, the scalloped shield, and the over all cartoony look. Honestly, judging purely by what it's supposed to represent, I think it is a great figure.
