Well, I have quite a bit in the Play Arts department, but not so much for Play Arts Kai. It's been difficult even getting what I want. Like Mr. Jaeger for example. Bought him off Figure of the Day. They refunded me due to some inventory/SE/Kotobukiya errors and promised a chance at him whenever they get him in. Well, we all know how that turned out.

These are all the Kai figs I have at the moment:

• Lightning (Final Fantasy XIII) - My first PA Kai figure. Funny thing is I got the game the day it came out and I've only played like 45 min. of it, lol.
• Nero (Devil May Cry 4) - He's got two left feet and his Red Queen mounting peg broke off in the hole.
• Dante (Devil May Cry 4)
• Adam Jensen (Deus Ex: Human Revolution) - Very, very, loose hip joints.
• Lightning (Final Fantasy XIII-2) - Shoulder keeps popping off, forgot which one....

Pre-ordered:

• Meryl Silverburgh (Metal Gear Solid)
• Vergil (Devil May Cry 3)
• Commander Shephard -Female- (Mass Effect 3)
• Solidus Snake (Metal Gear Solid 2)

I've actually avoided a lot figs due to reviews showing off that ridiculous over-spray on the face. Passed on Kratos 'cause of that. The Tekken figures look splendid so far. I really hope they pump out more. I need at least a Yoshimitsu, and would love an Asuka Kazama. Also contemplating whether or not to get Garrus and looking forward to Agent 47.
