I have a MIB Jungle Big Boss, and a God of War III Kratos I opened. I love my Kratos, but I will never be buying another one of these. If you look at the attached images, his wrist is broken and his boot was missing his knee plate. The store I bought it from could not do any exchanges because it no longer could be ordered, and they are a specialty shop, so all sales are final. Secondly, I contacted Square who chose to not do anything for me when all I asked was for replacement pieces.

It also does not help that these figures are way too expensive and Square does not seem to know how to handle female face sculpts. First off, I was at a convention two weeks ago and sellers wanted $100 for Solid Snake and $280 for Grey Fox. As for the face sculpts, Harley Quinn is just down right hideous looking.
