Hi Jaderok. This toy is from a series of knock-off/bootleg Transformers called "Quick Change" and is part of the "Robot Fighter Fire Rescue" set. These are sometimes available at closeout stores such as Big Lots and Tuesday Morning, especially during the holiday season. You can see pics of the set here.

Just FYI, these are cheaply made with very cheap plastic, and could be easily broken. And they may be difficult to find in person. Good luck!

And in case you want to know, the original toy this one is copied from is named Groove, and is a part of the Protectobot/Defensor team from the original Transformers toy line in the 80's, and can be seen here.
