The 2nd one looks smaller. I'd go with the 1st one because the base that comes with it is pretty cool, and it looks a little better.

I'm just using Amazon for picture references. There's about a $20 difference in cost between these two. I'm not concerned about the base or extra figures the $50 version comes with. My main interest is the Jabba fig and his pipe piece, which they both come with.
