While you folks who doubt the Germanic/Latverian connection, that's cool, but I consider Lee/Kirby & Byrne the definitive 'canon' teams working on FF. while there are others for sure these are the 2 that will/should hold up to the years as far as what is and isn't true regarding these characters. by having an old lady telling the story there is no bias regarding the author's intent unlike later in the story when Reed calls doom insane, where the character would be clearly biased

good stuff man,I agree with kirby/lee being the canon team being they created the character,so though some will nit pick it to no end,I feel they always thought of "latverian" as a germanic hybrid of sorts,good to hear from you bro,dont be a stranger. \m/
