I see what you are talking about. Mine is the same, so don't feel bad or like you received a defect. I know that he was originally sculpted to have a cigar in his mouth but had to remove it due to the whole no smoking thing with Marvel.
I think that what happened is that his left cheek is fine and his right cheek is supposed to be more bunched up due to holding the cigar in his mouth. But since the cigar is missing, it now looks like Mr. Fury had a run-in with the Bear Jew (if you have not seen Inglorious Basterds you suck).
