Behindthemask is correct. Mark III has a light up chest and Mark IV does not. It didn't matter to me at all but the only other major difference was Mark IV is sculpted by MATSUMOTO EIICHIROU.

The Mark III also only comes with the RDJ head sculpt and two pairs of open hands (not counting the ones already present on figure). The Mark IV is also, curiously, the only Iron Man that deviates from the standard packaging and comes in a very unimpressive brown cardboard flip open package with only the description on the face of the package. He does come with pretty much all the same accessories as the Mark VI which included hands with blast effects and a flight effects accessory for the boots.

The latest preorders have been for the Mark V although ebay dealers are taking preorders for Mark VII even though there is no actual release date I'm aware of.
