I was able to get one on both of my accounts and got my second one just last night on FB for my armory

same here. I'm not levelling up on PD right now but on FB it really doesn't matter for me. I'm still fighting people up to 15 levels above me. Currently at lvl 168.

I was lucky enough to get it pretty early on FB. I also use Emma sometimes in PVP but yes it's great on offense. Great to have to Mental Anguishers against stupid AI
