Your Joker... have a dark spot on the face?? like a bad paintjob... that was the reason what I never bought this PAK.

I love play-arts but I'm still afraid if the next one I'll buy will come with QC issues.

Finally I have answer from the store where I had bought Kratos:

"Unfortunately the quality of Play Arts Kai figures are not very high so these issues can be quite common. We do not have any stock of this item available to send to you as a replacement, unfortunately, and would like to instead offer you a 50% (2195 JPY) refund"
