The new TMNT 2012 figures are pretty cool except that only the main turtles are decently articulated. The rest are a little stiff so to speak. The Foot Ninja need to be able to crouch, leap, and jump so I modded a pair with joints. GI Joe shoulder/elbow joints were used in place of the cut joints (or just solid plastic limbs) in the neck, elbows, wrists, knees, and ankles. Now these Ninja can pose any way you want them to including standing at attention or lounging around. Add in a few extra ninja weapons and a new paint job, the Foot Clan never had it so good!
