I'm having a similar situation with a guy (different than yours) where I'm facing him a lot, sometimes back to back. He's running tactician grey costume Black Widow and Quicksilver. Quicksilver is nasty, but Widow is essentially a non-threat, even with her countering. He's tough, but beatable. Hopefully he doesn't swap out Widow for someone better

In other news, got Valkyrie today. No gold spent. She is "interesting", but still the worst of the spec ops characters. Probably has a lot to do with being a Bruiser.
