When I've had this problem, I've found if I select and deselect a hero or enter one of the other areas of Leethax (without actually doing anything in those areas) that the flight deck starts up on its own. Best ones for me have been jumping between Auto Flight Deck and Ally Collection.

Whatever you do, don't refresh to fix it. You'll have to clear cookies/temp files and restart Firefox half the time for the error to finally go away.
