For the forseeable future the Classic era figures (everything from the first to eighth Doctors) will be remaining 5" scale. And as far as it's been discussed, nothing from 9th and 10th Doctors stories is getting released in the new scale (unless they have appeared in season 7, such as the Daleks and Weeping Angels).

It sort of looks to me like there's a TARDIS exterior in the middle possibly holding the four sets together, which could be really cool if the TARDIS interior is on one side and you can enter and exit each of the other three playsets through a set of TARDIS doors!

Apparently the playlets connect together leaving a space in the middle to slot in the Tardis.
