Went to TRU over the weekend and picked up FOC Soundblaster and BH Wheeljack with a $5 off coupon plus their BOGO 1/2 off sale. Also got 5 more Kre-O Microchangers while I was there. Now I only need Bludgeon to finish the set (someone beat me to him ).

Unfortunately, one of the things you have to understand when it comes to official photos - 99% of the time they are are doctored in some way. Either they're hand-painted, Photoshopped or some combination of the two. Those pics are used for solicitation and how toy companies get retailers to buy them. Some pics are better than others, but you'll find they all tend to be that way.

It's not quite bait-and-switch, but damn close sometimes.

Hasbro once said that they don't like to have different decos of the same mold on the pegs at the same time, and when they do release alternate decos or remolds, they stagger the release so the original is scarce or not available any more. They're worried that parents won't notice or care that they are different characters or new versions of existing characters and won't buy the new ones if their kids already have the first versions. It didn't help that TC and SW never actually appeared in any of the LAMs.

Of course, this plan goes right in the crapper when it comes to redecos/remolds of toys that started off as pegwarmers (Bumblebee, I'm looking at you).

That's an awesome deal for that set! Sentinel is worth it simply for the Soundwave Kre-O.

If anything, I think you'd have better luck finding Dreadwing first. Voyager Skyquake hasn't even hit regular retail yet.
