If he changes the name to something like "a cop" or a "NYPD cop" and says nothing about the face, it should be okay. Who can prove that is Bruce Willis's face and not some bald cop? There is a guy here that sells custom Iron Man figure heads with the name "Tin Man heads". So far he's been fine.
