Wow, this is not an easy list to compile. I have many favorites, a consideration that is influenced by my love for particular characters and an excitement over the fact that a figure was actually created for them. If I had to create a top ten based only on sculpt (of the figures I own), then the list would go as follows:

10. Werewolf (toybiz Monsters pack)
9. Green Goblin (toybiz Sinister Six pack)
8. Super Skrull &two variants: Flame ver. and Invisible (toybiz Fantastic Four line wave 1)
7. Thunder-launch Thing (toybiz Fantastic Four line wave 1)
6. Rhino (toy biz fearsome foes)
5. Absorbing Man (toybiz Spiderman vs Absorbing Man pack)
4. Wendigo (hasbro Fin Fang Foom series)
3. Gamma-punch Hulk (toybiz Incredible Hulk series 2)
2. Thor (toybiz Giant-Man series)
1. Giant-man (toybiz Giant-Man series)

Honorable Mentions:

She-Hulk (hasbro SDCC 07 exclusive)
A sweet addition for FF fans with her Fantastic Four outfit and great head sculpt

Mr Fantastic (hasbro Ronan series)
Just a great figure showcasing the visual manifestation of a hero's powers.

Cable (hasbro Cable & Marvel Girl 2 pack)
I know many people like the toybiz original, but this is one of the few figures I believe that hasbro did better in the re-write.

The Watcher (diamond - Marvel Select)
Some select figures cannot be ignored, this is one of them. Dead on representation of Uatu, complete with the stoic expression and giant noggin!

Namor (toybiz Marvel Legends series 2)
Great head sculpt with cool pompous expression...classic Sub-Mariner. Additional perk is that he stands taller than most ML's giving him the appropriate scale. I purchased two and removed the vest of one of them, because Namor is known for being clothing-challenged. Surprisingly, without the vest, the Namor sculpt is lanky yet muscled. Very much like how he is portrayed in early defenders and avengers books.....sort of skinny but tall and imposing.

Hyperion (hasbro Return of Marvel Lgends wave 4)
It's very cool to get a new body sculpt and this one suits Hyperion. This new "buffed-but-not-giant" mold used for Hyperion (and the upcoming Sentry) is great for marvel's powerhouses and more burly dudes. Maybe they could remake Wonder Man, Thor (sorry the new one is too large - since when is Thor 7'5? Am I the only one that thinks this?), Power Man, or make a Blue Marvel *cough*cough* with this new mold!

Red She-Hulk (hasbro Return of Marvel Lgends wave 4)
I am seriously digging the new molds and this one is also a good addition. I agree with the sentiments of some that the ball joint at the hips is hard to manipulate, but over all this sculpt works!

Thanos (diamond - Marvel Select)
Its Thanos dammit....nuff said.

Mephisto (diamond - Marvel Select)
From the sadistic grin to the clutched/clawing hand, this figure is perfectly evil. Coupled with its throne and a Blackheart figure, any collector can have a great representation of the Marvel underworld father/son tandem.

Terrax (hasbro Return of Marvel Legends wave 1)
Great BAF and addition to my "Surfer-Villian's posse" (along with Thanos, Annihilus, Super-Skrull, and Mephisto - I never got Galactus because he would have to be the size of Shaq to be in scale with my ML's - and if they ever make a proper sized 'Tus, I still won't buy it because I do not have the room to store it!)

Smash Attack Doombot (toybiz FF Movie series wave 5)
I only have four of these (tracking them down can be pricey), but they flesh out my Doom like nothing else. Good articulation and lots of techie-like details. Yes, they hail from a terrible movie, but they are consistent with something Victor would build....although they do lack a big "D" and Doom family crest! Can't have everything!

Black Widow & Variant (hasbro Marvel Legend 2 pack series 3)
Very cool and another example of how hasbro can improve on a toybiz original. Generally speaking, I do not want Hasbro to remake all of toybiz's creations, but I am more than ok with this one. They nailed it, along with the 80's costume variant and short hair. Given my druthers, the only thing I would change are the pesky hasbro fem-hip joints.

Bucky/Winter Soldier (hasbro Marvel Legend 2 pack series 3)
A great read as a story, which deserved nothing less than a faithful translation into figure form. It's become a stock figure in many ways (not sure if this came before or after Ultimate Nick Fury- chicken or the egg), but the detail is solid. It looks cool standing near Cap, with the marvel pair standing near my DCU Batman and Nightwing for a generational dynamic duo affair!

Mr Fantastic (toybiz Marvel Legends series 5)
There is not much to this figure. A couple of arm attachments and the Fantasti-Car, but the head sculpt on this baby rocks. The sculpt painstakingly expresses Reed as older, possessing sunken cheeks, with a cool analytical demeanor. Really a must have for FF collectors.

Hulk(hasbro Marvel Legend 2 pack series 3)
Hulk smash, fo' real! There are some things I could pick at, but this is still a favorite fig of mine. Big, mean, angry, and (low and behold!!!) a hulk figure with two (count 'em) balled fists! Lord-'a-mercy!!

Hulk & Variant (toybiz Marvel Face-Off series 1 - Hulk vs Leader)
Probably the best Hulk fig ever, but it did not beat the rage and sinewy qualities found in my #3 Gamma-Punch Hulk. The only reason "Gamma" won out on my list was because it (IMO) represents best the Hulk "right after transformation"....screaming, wild eyes, and veins pumping rage through enormous muscles. That being said, this Hulk (Face-off) is nuts! You cannot find a more faithful representation of the Sal Buscema(artist)/Joe Sinnott's(inker) "classic looking" Hulk than this figure. I am serious, this sculpt had to be taken directly from they illustrations and inks of the two aforementioned men. From the crazy dutch-boy/bowl-cut hair style to the somewhat larger lower body featuring giant feet.....this sculpt reeks late 70's to 80's Hulk! And that ain't just a good thing....that's an awesome thing!

Spiderman (toybiz Spiderman series 12)
This should have been in my top 3 (let alone 10), but I am such a big Spiderman fan that I felt picking it would be like a "homer" announcer picking his or her team to win the championship. The famous "McFarlane Ver. Spiderman" features high quality detail and articulation. Most people think its the bee's knees...and honestly, it is. Best spider man fig. and I am so glad I picked up one loose (and in great condition) for under 20 bucks on ebay!...I am still laughing at that one!

Excelsior!!
