Round Rock Target on I-35/Louis Henna Blvd has several FOC Voyager Soundwaves and Deluxe FOC Starscream. There's a small mix of wave 1 and 2 GI Joe figs.

Round Rock Wal-Mart on I-35/Louis Henna Blvd has FOC Starscream, BH Bulkhead and Wheeljack. Also, Marvel Universe Scarlet Witch, Kang, Future Foundation Spider-Man, Modern Thor, Absorbing Man. There's a mix of wave 1 and 2 GI Joe figs including a Blue Cobra Commander. I picked up the only Joe Colton, Lady Jaye and Firefly figures.

Here's some tags from Target this morning. The BH deluxes are $10 and the FOC deluxes are $14.81. The tags don't specify the difference between the two (just that one says "Collection action figure") so it could be argued that both BH and FOC are $10. The FOC Voyagers are also about $1 off.
