Thanks man! I got the idea from an article I was reading some time back. It said though a total coincidence of engineering Metroplex was able to fit perfectly between Max's arms in city mode. It took a little while to figure out, but I think I got it.

Fort Max is vintage, I'm assuming U.S. version since I got it from a seller in Illinois who claimed to have picked it up at a yard sale. And Brave Max is the Korean version, I just got lucky that his Autobot symbol wasn't applied up side down.

The Takara version is quite a steel at $350-ish considering what the vintage U.S. version goes for...not that I'm trying to be a bad influence or anything.
