With the 3rd season of The Walking Dead over it's no surprise by now that Merle Dixon didn't make it. He gave a valiant effort towards the end but was shot by the Governor and turned into a walker. Here I took the regular release Merle and removed the two bitten-off fingers from his left hand, replaced the bayonet with a real metal spike belted on, and went about removing pouches/filling the peg holes. The bullet hole in his chest and exit wound in his back were sculpted on and was a dangling piece of meat on his lip. One zombied-up paint job later that included the grey veins, wet bloody look, and Merle was ready for his final act.
