Hello to everyone,

As some of you know, we were able to secure a new venue for our next
Toy Show/Convention. The Next Gulf Coast Toy Show will take place on
Saturday June 1st, 2013!
The Venue is:

The Jimmy Burke Activity Center
500 West 13th Street
Deer Park Tx, 77536

A few things have changed, but nothing too drastic.
1.) There will no longer be an Early Bird Entry, instead the show will
begin at 10am and run until approx. 4pm
* Set Up will begin at 8am
* Breakdown will begin after 3pm

2.) Spots are no longer First Come First Served the day of the show. You must get with either Tammy or Mike to put you down on the spot that you
choose. I have included a Tentative floor plan and it is numbered so
that you may choose your location. Everything is numbered and I believe
the floorplan is basically set in the front area for sure. The back
half of the building (past the stage) might move a round a little
depending on who we are able to get to come out.

3.) You are now paying for your spot and can either bring your own
tables/shelves or we will provide you with however many you need of
each (but it must fit within your rented space...
Spaces are as follows:

8'x8' (64 Sq. Ft. Space) = $45
10'x12' (120 Sq. Ft. Space) = $60
4'x4' (Artists Table) = $25

There is a lot of room in this building and the layout will change here
and there depending on who picks which spots and how many spots they
will need. I will keep everyone posted as spots start to fill.
As it is now, we will have a 2010 Chevy Camaro (aka Bumblebee) and some
Independent wrestlers. We are going to look at getting some Gaming set
up and other cool things to do for everyone.

4.) There are 2 restrooms for men and 2 restrooms for women in the
facility.

5.) There will be a kitchen open inside with Concessions Sold/provided
by Lonestar Samwiches. More details will be available about what type
of menu will be served.

6.) Parking for the building is located outside to the left and right
of the building.

7.) We will have 2 Deer Park Police Officers on Security while the show
is going on.

We are very excited for this next show and hope that you all will be
too...
If you are interested in setting up (some of you have already asked)
please let me know which spot you are interested in and someone will
get with you as soon as possible.
