That's the problem right there. I wanted to get like 10 and then just dish them out to whoever needed them but with a limit of 2 it's impossible. I think that if people have an extra they want to offer up and don't have anyone it's committed to they could try to do it at random. For a figure like that I would expect the person to get a little something for the trouble since there is no way to hook everyone up.
