Bare in mind my info is from the box for Solid Snake, so with the way Squenix has been in free-fall lately, don't be surprised if either or both of those offices don't exist or are or no help

I wonder how good SE is at replacing things. I have yet again encountered a problem with one of my PAKs and would really freaking love a replacement part for it.
