I use him when farming any of the boss rushes(any of the chapter 12 missions) and he makes them an absolute breeze. I just use his level 1 and 2 mostly level 1 cuz there is a ton of ranged attacks in 12.2 my agent just tosses out a page of vashanti from time to time to cure poisons and bleeding that gets applied.

A big thing that helped my UJ was his Isos. I gave him purple ones that increased health attach and acuracy and either defence or health cant remember. My UJ is level 9 or 10

EDIT: Union Jack is level 9 using 4 Powerful Iso and 1 Steady
