I like the Rhodes Patriot well enough, but am waiting to see if the War Machine repaint comes out. (the back of the Rhodes package even shows War Machine as the artwork , not Patriot) If so he will be even better than IM2 War Machine, which is hard to beat. The Mk42 might be one of the best Iron Man ML figures to come out ever. Looks good, poses well, and head pops off, so if I can find my spare IM head from the Legends 2 packs from a few years ago he can hold his helmet.
