I've actually had this Skeletor I customized from a LCBH Wrarl figure for awhile, but only recently revisited it to do a better head sculpt. I don't have any pics of the original sculpt handy (will post later) but here's how he turned out now:









The head is sculpted entirely by me and the hood was hand-sewn. I wanted to leave it "pointy" to give him a more wicked feel vs a "bonnet".
