Galvatron is rumored to appear in Transformers 4. But bear-in-mind it is rumor only at this point so far. How did this rumor start? Well, it began when Joblo claiming they have a "reliable source" who revealed names of new robots of TF4… among the names was Galvatron. To further ignite the rumor, a mysterious gun like prop was spotted. But it's too big if you compare it to the Freightliner truck.

However, there is no official statement regarding the identity of the Argosy cab-over truck. Popular fan theories are: Motormaster, Nemesis Prime, Ultra Magnus, Grimlock… and now Galvatron.
