I am betting the actual case will be like so:

1x Captain America
1x X-Force Wolverine
1x Ghost Rider
1x Incredible Hulk
2x Baron Zemo
1x Cloak
1x Dagger
1x A-Bomb
1x Abomination
2x Black & White Iron Man

Which would not be ideal, as I would prefer 2 of each new figure in the case.
