If what I was told was correct, and I don't know that it was, this may be one of the rarest erector sets to exist. I was told that this set got recalled and was later replaced with a different steam set that was deemed safer. I guess this one was burning children or something like that. I bought it because I loved it, but its time to give it a new home.
I am a big fan of the steampunk thing, and this steam powered toy was just something I couldn't pass up.

Can anyone confirm or deny the facts of this set as they were presented to me?
