I think you missed the fact that the game comes with the figure and the DLC.

So basically you're getting an alright figure and some DLC on top of the game for $10 more, which makes the figure a couple bucks less than you'd pay for it at a Toys R Us (I think they were $12.99 each when I saw them the other day).

Kinda like the Tomb Raider collector's edition that came with a Play Arts Kai Lara Croft (and some other stuff) for $79.99.
