Press Release

Transformers Collectors’ Club Magazine “The Coming Storm” 2 Page Preview!

Fort Worth, TX – March 15, 2010 – Fun Publications, Inc., licensee for Hasbro’s official Transformers Collectors’ Club, is thrilled to give fans an inside look at this years comic, appearing in each issue of the TCC Magazine. “The Coming Storm” is a 36-page story, told in 6 page installments throughout 2010, that follows the adventures of the Generation 1 Elite Guard. The story takes place approximately 10 years after the events of Transformers Timelines Issue 4: “Wings of Honor.” Fans will remember that “Wings of Honor” told the story of a young Kup on one of his first missions, a mission where he and his fellow teammates secured a very precious Autobot artifact. To do that, they will need all the help they can get, and this means a new team of guardsmen… a team that fans will be seeing in a whole new way!

Anyone who is an active member as of March 16th, 2010 will receive this years FREE membership figure DION, who also appears in “The Coming Storm” comic. Dion was last seen working alongside Orion Pax, the Autobot who would become Optimus Prime in the original Generation 1 cartoon. Now this rebuilt Autobot fights alongside his fellow Elite Guardsmen!
