@moviefiguresltd~ Here are some pics of The Joker along with The Dark Knight Returns Batman and Akuma. This is probably the best looking Play Arts I own. I only own these three, but It's probably the next best thing to a Hot Toys Joker I'm guessing.
The first one I got from Amazon arrived with a broken right arm inside the shoulder joint and a leg that would not stay on. I have the same problem with my Akuma in certain poses. It's a known issue. The return I was sent by Amazon arrived with a smashed up inner box and the paint applications were not as clean as the first. The only things I dislike are the very shiny red coat lining, the knees can look weird when bent and he can truly only hold one accessory at a time. He should have came with a rocket launcher, pool cue or hand gun.
@Masterless~ The Play Arts stands are good for keeping the figures upright. I'd guess the only ones that you could do dynamic poses with would be the lighter figures. It sucks you have to basically destroy the packaging to get to the stands. If you are just looking to keep the figures from falling over, Kaiser doll stands are a decent cheap alternative as mentioned earlier. I believe you can get 12 of them for $15-16 shipped. Beats 20-40 for one Play Arts stand. You have to be careful with the Kaiser stands, they can rough up the plastic.
I will be ordering the 1970's Batman and the re-release of the Joker. Hopefully he has better quality control compared to the first run. I have Ken on order through Amazon and I would like to get most of the other Street Fighter figures as well.
