i'm not surprised to hear that the arm came off, as the same thing happened with my Dark Knight Trilogy Batman, and to a lot of other ppl on Instagram that owned PAK toys. What I AM surprised with, however, is how a company like this can make so many products (beautiful as they are) charge $90 nowadays, and have such terrible quality control with this line. what's going on, Square Enix?!

also, my batman had extra gold paint on his crotch, and Big Bad Toy Store was also able to send out a new one to me. thanks BBTS!
