I subscribed too and I didn't even want any of the six figures they showed. Why do they always show us the weakest figures up front? It makes sense why they release them last but it doesn't help their sales pitch to keep them hidden during the sales window. 2013's starting lineup was ridiculously weak but I took a chance that paid off and I was expecting a repeat for 2014.
Also, regarding 4-inch lines, Mattel's are usually really bad. Remember DC Infinite Heroes or Dark Knight Rises? The guy counting 4" Superman figures also missed the 3 or 4 released in JLU. Those were pretty terrible too aside from having decent looking sculpts. I also remember the first few attempts at downsizing Marvel Legends and how awful they turned out. Hasbro had their act more or less together by the time GIJoe 25th rolled out but I don't have that much faith in Mattel.
And Total Heroes? Another line where I _might_ buy Batman and they _might_ get a 3rd or 4th wave out before it's canceled.
