Know what you mean, they could almost close their toy stores in there lately since they don't seem to stock up on anything good. It's almost November - wonder if shipments are delayed.

In years past @ places like Walmart, they had their stuff out by Sept & if you didn't get it early, you missed out because they didn't restock before Christmas.
