You can make a pretty powerful movie off those ideas alone. Let Batman have a 10 minute cameo to have a one-on-one talk with Supes, then bring in the holy trinity for the 3rd movie.

I agree, DC/Warner Brothers is trying a bit too hard to catch up with Marvel. They need to take it slow, so that things will be done right.
