Last August, Gotham City was host to an unprecedented spree of violence and anarchy as 11 high profile criminals and vigilantes ran amuck through our city streets. Luckily, upstanding citizens helped the GCPD round up the assailants in an incredible 3 minute apprehension extravaganza!

Now, two months later, insanity has once again claimed the streets of Gotham as it's own. 7 of the cities foulest degenerates, some making their presence known for the very first time in Gotham, have been wreaking havoc on citizens and GCPD alike. 3 masked vigilantes have been spotted combatting the anarchists with a report coming in that one of the vigilantes has been seen using a lethal no-tolerance approach to the situation."
