As for females - Again, look to the Justice League line. There was a figure of Amanda Waller produced in a three pack. She's wearing a purple business suit. You could technically also use the General Eiling figure from this pack for another male as he has a shirt and tie on - Though it's clearly military dress.

Finally, and this is an oddity - Look for Bossman from Happy Worker. Though this one is a six inch figure, it's still the ultimate figure dressed for work. Which in turn reminds me - J. Jonah Jameson figures from Spider-Man.
