the captain america legends have their own dcpi numbers which are 087-06-2560,as far as i know they dont show up on their website yet but they do show up on their systems if you go there and ask an employee

as for the 15% off, it was over this past weekend only when target issued a 10% off to every customer due to the hacking that had occured plus i got a target card which gives us a 5% off discount

and yes i did hit a few target stores i'm right dead center of 5 targets all within 10 mins from my house so finding these were a breeze
