I placed an order with them on November 23, it is now more than a month later and I haven't received anything yet.
I emailed WBCollect regarding my order after about 3 weeks and he insisted they had been shipped, yet the order status was still "Pending". Then a few days later, I checked and it said shipped (12/14/2013).
I know it's Christmas time and it is busy, but during this period, I've had multiple orders from all over the world that have all made it before Christmas already (I'm located in Ontario, Canada). The orders were from San Francisco, Japan, hell I even ordered something from China with free shipping and that has arrived already. All these orders were made at least a week or more after the WBCollect order.
Unfortunately, this is not my first bad experience with them. I made two consecutive orders with them several months ago. After about 3 weeks, nothing. So I emailed them about it, 2 times, no reply. Eventually I posted on their Facebook wall and then I got a reply within minutes from my post (of course my post was deleted right away as well). Again, WBCollect insisted they were shipped already. But turns out my first order was returned because they used the wrong shipping method (item was too big). The second order was shipped a few days AFTER I posted on their Facebook page, which was about 4 weeks from the date of my order. The time it took to arrive was less than a week.
So why would I order from them again after this experience? It was because shortly after, I noticed they mentioned on their homepage that their "Contact Us" page wasn't working properly and the emails weren't going through and that was how I contacted them before I took to Facebook. I thought maybe it was a coincidence because they didn't get my emails so it took so long, hence I gave them another chance with my order this time. But it looks like I am wrong.
As good as their prices seem, the saying goes, if it seems too good to be true, it probably is. I will be avoiding this shop in the future as they are just a hassle to deal with. Regarding this current order, I will wait one more week before I take it up with Paypal once again.
