I can identify and confirm a few. Hope this helps.

Pic 1: The last one is Soultaker, from the same series as Vash and Ryoko: "McFarlane's 3D Animation from Japan."

Pic 3: The Toy-Biz Morrigan was in a 2-pack with the second Captain America in Pic 8 from the Marvel vs. Capcom series.

Pic 4: The legs are from Atom-Smasher, the Collect n' Connect figure from wave 7 of DC Universe Classics.

Pic 6: Here is an identification guide to Joe figures.

Pic 8: Spider-Man is from the first Spider-Man movie series. The Captain America with the A on his belt is from "Avengers: United They Stand." Iron Man is indeed from Marvel Legends; it's the gold variant from Toy Biz Wave 1.

Pic 9: The gargoyle does go to Pic 8 Spider-Man, but I don't think the bag came with that particular Spidey. Based on the darker shade of red, I think the shield may go to the Capcom Cap.

Pic 12: Luminara Unduli, Attack of the Clones.

Pic 13: Big Mac Changeable/McRobot from McDonald's.
