Yeah it does, but if the enemy agent has the cube and mystic equipped, he can get annoying in that first round unless you have a Scroll and are lucky enough to go before Doom or if you're Mystic Shroud effect isn't scrolled by the enemy agent (wow that sounds sort of confusing doesn't it).
