Sad to say the last thing I had preordered was Fansproject's Shadow Warrior, which I got in about a month ago.

Of course, it's rare that I do preorders at all these days. True, I may miss out on certain figures because I never see them on the shelves (DCUC Harley and G.G. anyone?), but I have been fortunate enough to find most of what I want during the hunt (even if I didn't know I wanted it until I saw it).
