Alright, so I was able to fix her after a week of thinking about it. Ended up using a twistie tie, drill, tiny drill bit, superglue and a lot of patience. Her arms move properly at least, although I'm still going to baby it.




Was able to use two more twistie ties and some paint to make a lasso of truth, too.
