NoodleChow - They come polished from Shapeways so there's no work to do.
All you have to do is remove some of the left over printing powder from some of the cavities. (It's a powder based printing system)

It usually takes 3-5 mins to make sure all parts are free of powder and then you can start painting.

Warmachine - Thanks it was their ugly females that led me to make my own in the first place. Figuring out printable articulation and simple assembly kinda took up some of the focus, but adding more complex articulation down the road shouldn't be a problem now.
