Hi everybody! I'm a toy collector from Spain, all-around TMNT freak, and new to this forum.

I recently came across a really cheap, mint in box Michelangelo, as part of the Super Turtles collection that was exclusive to Japan, based on that weird TMNT anime-style cartoon series that aired in Japan. This is not my picture, but it's exactly this one:

These are from 1995, and I think some of these figures were released in USA/Europe too, but blistered instead of boxed, and with different molds or less accessories. I'm not very familiar with this line at all.

The main figure is the strange stylized-humanized-robotized Mike, but it comes with some accessories to make your standard, non-transformed turtle. Specifically, a chest piece and a turtle shell. You put them on your figure, and it looks kinda like a standard ninja turtle. Then you take them off, and BOOM! The transformed Super Turtle appears!

However, I *think* there should be a turtle head apart from the chest and the shell, in order to place it over the transformed head. A standard, old-school Michelangelo head, since the figure looks pretty stupid with the old chest and shell and the new transformed head.

But I can't find it anywhere in my box, which is weird since it was sealed, suppossedly unopened, and everything looks so mint, complete with plastic seals and all.

Anyone more familiar with this rare toyline could confirm that there should indeed be a Mike head that I'm missing, and my box wasn't as *mint and unopened* as I thought?

Thanks a lot!
