It looks like a repaint of the original Thor movie Odin figure. A cursory Google search reveals that maybe a couple of other people have also found this mistake? Unless that was also you! Is his cape floating around in the package back there? It looks like it. There were three different paint apps on the original movie Thor. Here is a good comparison picture of each:

It looks like the one you found is slightly different though. But I don't have any of these figures in hand, so you can probably tell better than I can.
